PSi Matrix continues to support batch processing of single-sheet documents for its professional endless printing systems

The creation of documents, lists or labels often is necessary even of the age of digitization in many areas of industry in order to seamlessly cover workflow processes in production and supply chains, especially if heterogeneous system environments often do not allow purely digital processing along the supply chain . Printing technologies applied are laser, ink jet, thermal or matrix, while matrix technology still is the most cost-effective in terms of printing price per page. Because of improved process security many of the matrix printing applications are based on endless paper processing, but there is often the requirement also to support automatic batch processing of cut sheet paper. For this reason PSi Matrix continues to offer support also for automatic feeder cassettes for cut sheet paper with two of its professional printer models, the PSi PP 405 and PSi PP 806. With three different models of automatic feeder cassettes, PSi Matrix covers practically every application. If required, customer-specific solutions can also be offered. The different models can be combined with one another as desired and up to 3 cassettes can be operated in parallel on a PSi PP 405 or PSi PP 806 printer. The three ASF (Automatic Sheet Feeder) cassette models offered typically cover following applications:

ASF A Cassette
The ASF Cassette A is the solution for printing single sheets, such as: delivery notes, and point-glued single form sets with up to six copies. Depending on the paper weight, up to 180 sheets can be fed.

ASF B Cassette
The ASF cassette B reliably feeds envelopes, cardboard cut sheets and head-glued form s ets up to 300 g / m2. The capacity is z. B. for envelopes of 70 g / m2 with 40 pieces.

ASF C Cassette
The ASF Cassette C is the specialist for heavy paper. Cardboard-packed single sheets or envelopes up to 300 g / m2 and even documents with center folds (e.g. work accompanying cards) are no problem.
