At LogiMAT 2026, Reesink Logistic Solutions (RLS) will demonstrate in Hall 1, Stand C60, how warehouse automation can be realized as an integrated overall system – from automated small parts storage and goods-to-person processes to order picking solutions and pallet logistics. The focus is not on individual technologies, but on the coordinated interaction of all system components.
System integration instead of isolated solutions
Many automation projects reach their limits when material flow, conveyor technology, IT systems, safety concepts and operational processes are not consistently synchronized. The result is complex structures with limited scalability and increased operational risk.
As a warehouse integrator, RLS therefore follows a comprehensive end-to-end approach. Different automation technologies are combined into stable, scalable overall solutions – tailored to the specific requirements of each site and designed for long-term performance.
Structured implementation and sustainable operations
The trade fair presentation centers on a phased automation approach:
Analysis of order structures, processes and layouts
Development of modular, scalable system concepts
Service, monitoring and continuous optimization throughout the entire lifecycle
This approach is supported by LogiCS, the company’s proprietary warehouse control software. It integrates different automation areas and ensures transparency, stability and controlled performance in daily operations.
In addition to greenfield projects, RLS also supports retrofit and expansion projects in existing logistics centers. Existing structures are modernized in a targeted manner, material flows are optimized and additional automation modules are integrated step by step – often during ongoing operations.
Lifecycle performance as a success factor
With increasing levels of automation, operational stability becomes even more critical. Availability, maintainability and planned maintenance are key factors for the economic efficiency of automated warehouses.
Reesink Logistic Solutions therefore offers comprehensive lifecycle services beyond go-live – including preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts supply as well as continuous development and optimization during live operations.
“Automation only creates sustainable value when companies maintain control over the entire system – from planning to day-to-day operations. The synchronization of technology, processes and service is essential for achieving this,” says Machiel van den Hazelkamp, Chief Commercial & Operations Officer of the Reesink Logistic Solutions Division.
